Recipe: smoothies

Whether you wanna go healthy or have a chocolate treat, smoothies are so versatile you can go either way. Our model holds a delicious banana choc smoothie, so grab a blender to replicate that grin.

Ingredients

1 handful of ice
1 banana
180ml milk
2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon of chocolate spread

How-to:
1. Chuck it all in a blender.
2. Bear the noise.
3. Drink up.
