Happy International Women’s Day ladies!
“Connecting Girls, Inspiring Futures” is the theme for 2012 and today we seek to celebrate the economic, political and social achievements of women.
In Ireland, there’s tons of events to champion our homegrown heroes, like talks on scientists Maude Delap and Annie Maunder, a mini film festival in Dublin’s Lighthouse cinema, an exhibition in Limerick School of Art and Design and much more.
