Just 7 Nicola Coughlan Looks We’re Completely Obsessed With

Oh, to take a peek into Nicola's wardrobe.

Anyone else obsessed with Nicola Coughlan? Of course, you are, how could you not be? We all fell in love with her when she played iconic Clare in Derry Girls. Then we fell a little further when Bridgerton first came to our screens.

Not only does she always look amazing, but she’s amazing at what she does, speaks up for what’s right and let’s get it out there, she just seems gas, right?

But let’s go back to her style for a minute. She’s not afraid to go a little out there, and the makeup she goes for always pairs flawlessly with the full look. So, here’s just six Nicola Coughlan looks we’re completely obsessed with, and we’re sure you are too.

The Golden Globes Moment

Can this be faulted? Short answer, nope. This look is pretty much everything. The ‘spring has arrived’ yellow, teamed with a cute cardi. And the pop of pink eyeshadow? *chef’s kiss*

Simple Yet Stylish

This is something pretty much any of us could recreate at home. The frills add a little something something to this, while the pop of pink eyeshadow and gold earrings just bring the whole look together. Have a root in your wardrobe for something similar to Nicola’s top, or just go for plain black if you’ve nothing to hand. Play around with your eyeshadow, add a hoop and voilá! NC inspired.

All Black Er’thang

This look is just a moment of *perfection*. Again, it wouldn’t be too hard to recreate at home, hunt out an LBD with a wide skirt – or once the charity shops are back open fully you’re sure to find a gem (Thriftify is great for an online rummage). Pair it with a cute hairband and add a little pale pink bag.

Pretty In Pink

Honestly, can she do any wrong? This look is pretty much everything. The sleeves, the hat and details, the winged liner. Time for another *chef’s kiss*

Going for Gold

This has to be one of my favourite looks of 2020, as a whole. If not my fave, then it’s definitely up there. Any fellow magpies will be just as obsessed with this as I am. The full-on gold look speaks to me on another level, and as for those boots? *Drools*

The Throwback Look

A throwback to 2019, that’s certainly not as out there, but gorgeous nonetheless. Sometimes simple is best, and sometimes head to toe gold is best, whatever you’re in the mood for. But this was just stunning on Nicola at the 2019 BAFTA Awards.

Cute n Cosy

Lastly, we just had to include this, because not only is it something we would all wear ourselves, but it’s the laidback chic look that we’ll always love. Plus, it shows that everything isn’t glamour all the time. YAS Nicola.
