It’s time for another 7 questions:
We ask some of our favourite celebrities and influencers pressing questions to find out everything you want to know. We take one for the team and get nosey, probing for some seriously cheeky info with our seven rapid-fire questions, and this time it’s Dev Skehan in the hot seat.
It’s likely that Dev has popped up on your FYP on multiple occasions. With her positive attitude and huge smile we wanted to get to know the person behind the screen just a little more. Here’s what she had to tell us.
What’s one thing you’re passionate about?
I’m so passionate about teaching everyone that nothing is impossible and you can LITERALLY do anything. Just work smart, hang out with people who inspire you, and drink water.
Who is your ultimate celeb crush?
Oh, stop 11000% Tom Holland. I always loved the Spider-Man movies and when he came on the scene I was like okay kid let’s see what you got. Then boom. Instantly obsessed!

I used to play racquetball and traveled to the Dominican Republic with the Irish team to attend the Junior World Championships. Yeah, she was a sporty girl once.
What are your ultimate self-care tips?
Oh, it’s got to be stop being afraid to spend money on yourself. I used to think you could only get nice food or coffee if I was with people. Now I happily spend €6 on a coffee for me.

Also, not the one everyone wants to hear but do the hard stuff that makes you feel better afterward. Like working out, doing the laundry, or groceries the sense of accomplishment does make you feel like the main character!
What is/was your fave subject in school and why?
Biology. BIOLOGY. Like people don’t know this but I am a huge nerd. I love understanding (not learning to recite) I love knowing how things work, understanding the world we live in from plants to our organs! I remember my best friend once hid my biology notes before supervised study to make sure I would study a different subject. As I said, I LOVED IT!
Where do you hope to be in 5 years?
I would love to be happy. (Sounds cringy but yeah). I’d like to be happy, living abroad with the opportunity to still be spreading positivity and good vibes online. Maybe with a dog or small business or a driver’s license. I’ll take any of the above really.
