Addison Rae may have started out big thanks to TikTok, but she’s since moved on to more – including starring in ‘He’s All That’, but she hasn’t forgotten about TikTok altogether.

In fact, she’s clarifying exactly what she earns from the app after David Dobrik recently shared a YouTube video in which he spoke about how TikTok influencers are actually paid.

While appearing on David Dobrik’s podcast ‘Views with David Dobrik & Jason Nash‘ at the start of this month, Addison shared that her payment is based on how many viewers watch her videos.

While she didn’t give the exact amount she has earned since joining the platform, she did say that she’s heard the biggest paycheck a fellow TikTok star was offered for a sponsored post was $90,000.

David then shared a response to how TikTokers are paid: “So, like, everyone will do math and they’ll be like, ‘Addison Rae gets paid $45,000 per post,'” he said during the same episode.

“Oh, my God, she’s posted 30 times this [week], which means she’s made $18 million this week alone.'”

Addison then explained further, sharing that her videos have to be branded in order for her to make money from them. David then shared that he thinks YouTube doesn’t offer the same opportunities, revealing that at one point, he was making $275,000 per month based on ads, and that has since dropped to $2,000 per month.

Of course, Addison has plenty of opportunities outside of TikTok, including the Netflix hit ‘He’s All That’.

“Getting the opportunity to work with Netflix was such a pinch-me moment and now to be able to continue the relationship is beyond my wildest dreams,” she shared when the deal was announced.

“I’m thrilled to be able to collaborate with this incredible team and am excited to develop projects while continuing to strengthen my skills as an actress.”
