The BBC Live Lounge is famous for bringing us some of our favourite artists, and having them sing not only their own hits but to try out songs from different singers too, it’s given us the iconic Harry Styles X Lizzo crossover we all know and love, and it’s made bands like Arctic Monkeys Sing Amy Winehouse, and this week it gave us Little Mix singing Harry’s Style’s ‘Falling’.

However, while watching the performance itself it seems like nothing went wrong, Jesy took to Instragram to share that behind the scenes she actually suffered from a panic attack which stopped her from performing her solo sections of the song.

Posting a video of the girls performing the song in rehearsals, Jesy said:

“So my nerves got the better of me today and I had panic attack right before we were about to sing this for live lounge today”

Proving that the girls have the best friendship in showbiz, Jesy said that member Perrie had her back and quickly took her solo at the beginning of the song,

“Like a pro @perrieedwards jumped in for my part last minute and smashed it 😇 this is what we originally did in rehearsals.”

Fans and followers immediately took to the comment section of the post to praise Jesy for her honesty and relatability, with one writing:

“Everyone has those moments but sharing them is what makes you so inspiring.”

“I think it’s so brave that you still have been able to perform after you had a panic attack. It shows again how incredibly strong you are,” said another.

And strong Jesy is. Not only did she carry on with the performance, she absolutely smashed those harmonies too, it’s safe to say we’re going to be listening to their version of Falling on loop for the next 3 months.
