Using: NUXE Huile Délicate Cleansing Oil 150ml

I love a good cleanser and was in need of a new one that really did the job. I needed something that removed eye makeup but wasn’t too strong on my sensitive skin and this is the one! Get it here.

Watching:  Sex Education

I have been counting down the days for S3 and it’s everything I wanted and more. I love the new characters and how the show just keeps getting better. Catch it on Netflix now.

Streaming: Montero

I was also super excited about the release of Lil Nas X’s new album Montero, and of course, it’s an album full of bangers! I am obsessed with every song and have it on repeat.

Trying: Bondi Sands GLO

I’m a massive fan of fake tan, I’m always wearing it. But sometimes when I feel like I need something extra, or I haven’t put on a fresh layer in time an instant tan always comes to the rescue.

Bondi Sands GLO is where makeup meets fake tan, it’s ideal for last-minute plans or enhancing an existing tan. Transfer and water-resistant too, plus you can use it on your face and body. It’s ideal. Check it out here.

Reading: The Road Trip

Another Team KISS, another easy-to-read fiction book! I’m still not back into my groove with reading, but I’ll always have something light and easy to read just before going to sleep.

The Road Trip is exactly that, I’ve just started but it’s about two exes who end up on a road trip together on their way to a wedding, you can only imagine how that road trip is going to go.

Learning: All about skin!

I got some fab post from La Roche Posay last week, including the book ‘The Remarkable Life of Skin’ all book marked and ready to go with important info.

Granted, I’ve dived right in. While it’s not a fictional story like I’m used to I’ve already learned plenty. So, if you’re in any way interested in skincare it’s worth picking up.

Watching: Jamie Genevieve vlogs

During the first lockdown, I went through a phase of never missing Jamie Genevieve’s videos each week. After a while, they got put on the back burner, but now I’m working my way through the ones that I’ve missed. From vlogs to tutorials, she’s all of my entertainment right now.

Excited for: All of the A/W outfits

When the sun is shining, I’m not exaggerating when I say I have nothing to wear. But the second there’s a slight nip in the air, I have a ridiculous amount of scarves, hats, coats, and boots to choose from. So it’s easy to see I’m all about autumn/winter fashion!

It’s almost time to back to the office, so I’ll be saying goodbye to the working from home wardrobe I had in rotation and pulling out all of my faves.

Loving: Skin Accumax

I wrote about my journey with having bad skin here, and recently, I’ve had a little flare-up. So, I’ve been fine-tuning my skincare routine (using retinol and salicylic acid reguarly) and taking Advanced Nutrition’s ‘Skin Accumax’. The tablets work from the inside out, delivering vitamins your skin needs. It is a little on the pricy side but I’d recommend it to others who are struggling with their skin and have tried everything else.

Reading: Careless by Kirsty Capes

This is the story of a 15-year-old in care who has just found out she’s pregnant. The book follows her journey and treats Bess, the main character, with so much compassion and understanding. It’s like The Story of Tracy Beaker but for teens and adults, a great story if you’re on the hunt for a new read!

Spending: Time Offline

It’s no secret that we all spend a lot of time online, probably more than we would like to. That’s the case for myself and so in the last couple of weeks, I’ve been challenging myself to put my phone down in the evenings and weekends and do other things I enjoy like reading or drawing. So far it’s been working well and I feel much more relaxed in my free time.

Getting Ready For: Autumn

Even though it already technically is autumn. Luckily this year the universe has blessed up with some gorge September weather, but I’m still looking forward to crispy leaves and cosy times spent indoors. I’ve stocked up on some candles, changed my bedsheets to cosy ones, and hung some fairy lights in my room – cosy season come @ me.
